The Best of Zero recorded live at a number of different gigs between 1986-90. Over 70 minutes worth of classic Zero instrumentals and lone vocal, SST.

The result of Zero going into a recording studio, setting up and playing live for 5 uninterrupted days and nights. Where nothing goes, everything is revealed. The one live track on the album, Gregg's Eggs, recorded live at a Seva Foundation Benefit at Harvard Square in Boston, features one of the last performances by John Cipollina, a constant member of the band until his death in 1989.
